Our Manufacturing Capabilities: In-House Tooling, Cable & Audio Assembly Lines
POWER-TIME’s factory is vertically integrated with multiple production lines to ensure product consistency and reliability. Our key departments include:
Tooling & Plastic Injection Department – for custom mold design and plastic housing production
Cable Processing Line – for cutting, stripping, and crimping communication cables
Connector Injection Line – for molding waterproof connectors used in tactical-grade products
Audio Assembly Line – for assembling earpieces, PTT units, speaker mics, and headset components
Battery & Charger Soldering Line – for PCB soldering and protection circuit testing
Final Assembly Line – for packaging battery packs and charging systems
With over 21 years of experience, Power-Time integrates R&D, manufacturing, and testing under one roof to support both OEM/ODM projects and private label production.
